Kennedy is 2 and 1/2!!!!

Where does the time go? Kennedy loves making new friends and refers to everyone as her friend. Her favorite movie this month is Frozen. However, she still loves Tinker Bell. She has loved being on vacation with family while enjoying new adventures.

To the North Country and Back

We started early on July 22nd, we left at 3:45 am and arrived 17 hours later at 9 pm. Yikes! We arrived just before darkness. Brian spent 4 days cutting wood with his Dad and Erich. We enjoyed Catherine's wonderful fried chicken,  pork, pizza, and prime rib. We went to the Boonville fair. Kennedy rode her first amusement ride. She went on the spinning pumpkins, bumper boats, a train coaster with Jacob, and car coaster with Mom. We picked berries and cherries at Tug Hill Winery. Mom and Dad slipped out for dinner with Adam and Laurie at a new hotel on the St. Lawrence River in Clayton. On our last night we stopped in Philadelphia and spent time with the Wood and White families. We were lucky enough to find out the White family is expecting their 2nd child. 

Wesley is 9 months

Wesley is busy checking out all the sights. He is still doing the worm, but is crawling more and more. He is even attempting to pull up. He is eating lots of baby food. He loves getting into the dog bowls, under the refrigerator, moving furniture, and climbing into open night stands. He is also attempting to climb stairs. Yikes! 24 hour surveillance is now necessary!

CMAA Summer Conference

We stayed at Litchfield plantation this past weekend. We started the weekend out with yummy apps and sushi at Wicked Tuna on Murrells Inlet.We had a wonderful time playing in the sand, hopping from pool to pool, and walking around the resort. Brian picked up some education too. Cal Ripken spoke about leadership. Kennedy still had potty stage fright. Ugh! But, another great adventure with my favorite people.

Kennedy is 2 years 5 months

We have been enjoying lots of summer fun at the pool, beach, and even the aquarium. Kennedy loves to call you out for a "barking spider." She enjoys taking care of her dolls. She even makes sure they eat their food and take naps. And as always enjoys a good dance party and sing along. She also loves to go over the animal noises when we go for our doggie walks. Tinker bell movies are definitely her movie of choice right now.
